Error messages like this:
The best way to solve this problem is to close any open Tristar Programs:
They show the above icons on your task bar at the bottom of the screen.
Make sure they are not open.
then run client setup:
click Ok on the first screen:
click OK on the second screen:
click OK on the third screen:
If the setup program will not connect properly because it says you are on the wrong version, please attempt to open Winserveplus:
and go to help update programs:
this should completely load your installation programs. if you get any error please review the bottom of this article about rebooting your system.
The following screen will show:
click OK and your software should update properly.
You should see a list of programs that are updated.
That should solve the problem.
In some cases you may have one component of the software that is being used by a background process on your computer. If that is the case the installation will complain and you will have to reboot your computer. Once the computer reboots, you should be able to go into Winserveplus and go to help/Update programs:
The installation process will then run again and any additional files should properly download to complete your installation.
