How to Load Signed Affidavits Using the QR Code Printed on Your Affidavit

Tristar software has a website loading tool that can load a document on the website based on a QR code printed on your affidavit.

If the affidavit doesn't have a QR code:

Contact Tristar Software and we can insert code in the form as needed.

Next open the QR code loading screen:

Select the document date, and browse to find the folder where you scanned your affidavits:

This program can also update the milestone on the job if you check the set milestone checkbox.

If you check the send email button then the ordering contact on the job will receive an email notifying them that the signed affidavit has been loaded to the website.

Click the load attachments button to load the documents to the website.

You can also right click a single job and open the attachment tab:

Load the image and then click properties and select the show image on web and mark either affidavit or proof:
