How to Take a Snapshot of an Error or Attach a Document
When you have an issue with our software it is best to send us some details.
Please use the snipping software found on all recent versions of windows:
To take a screen shot, try to include the error message and the job number that created it and / or the function you ran:
Include the job #, error message and any printout in your ticket so we can quickly find the issue and solve it.
It really helps if you tell us things like (I was trying to print a work order), or Documentation package...
You will notice a paper clip at the bottom of your ticket page. Click the paper clip and browse to the document you want to attach.
