When you push the close month end function in A/R this message may pop up:

If this happens, you have neglected to print your journals for cash and sales.

You may have just printed a journal that day, but if you do any of the following functions, you will need to print the journals again:

1. Enter cash. - Run Cash journal

2. Import sales - Run Sales Journal

3. Generate  finance charges - run Sales Journal

4. Load finance charges - run Sales Journal

5. Void an item - If you voided a sale - run sales journal

                            if you voided cash - run cash journal

Please go back into the month end  menu and push the following options to close both journals:

both of these functions must be run before you push the Close out Month End function.
