Phone APP Issues (Connectivity/Admin Setup)

if you are attempting to log in to your phone app and you get a message to contact your administrator, please contact support. 
We will complete the configuration required for the phone app and have you attempt to log in again.

If you get the message "unable to sync", normally that means you don't have a diligence phrase setup for the APP. \

At least one diligence phrase must exist before the app can sync with your system.
