TCP Connection Errors - Bad Connection to the Database
If you experience intermittent freezing or receive a TCP error message it's important to verify that your connection to your database is optimal. Our system requires a much stronger connection than simple web browsing or emails so this may be confusing. One of the best tools we have used is DownDetector.com if your ISP is having issue (The issue may be 100's of miles away from your office) they will have traffic bottlenecks as they work to reroute traffic.
Below is an example we had from a client who was having periodic freezing. They are based out of Phoenix, AZ and their ISP is having major issues in the entire state of Arizona.
We have data centers in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Washington DC. If down detector detects an internet outage between your office and your datacenter, that could cause packet loss.
