Unable to Convert Corrupted Image Message When Importing Diligence or Final Status

This is related to two separate messages that you may encounter in the software:

On importing final:


On importing diligence:


These messages come up when the Exif data on the picture that is being imported is invalid.  This info contains the GPS coordinates for the picture and the date and time that it was taken. 

From past support requests, it seems this is happening for specific servers rather than for everyone.  The servers submitting diligences that receive this error message should check their camera settings on their phones to make sure that they are set to include GPS and date information when taking a picture.

Here’s some info on how to do that for iPhone.  Note however that you will want to enable this feature, not disable it:
