What to do When Your Attachment PDF is Corrupt

If you get an error message like

when printing documents, please do the following:

1. Save the PDF to your hard drive.

2. Remove the PDF from the order

3. open and save the PDF on the hard drive

4. Reload the PDF and try to print again.

5. If it fails again, you will need to request a new copy from your client or you may print the PDF from the hard drive and rescan it.
