When I Go to Invoice and the System Gives Me a Truncation Error

This issue is caused by the other records field on the facility miscellaneous tab. Please reduce the amount of information in that field. it has a 100 character limit for invoicing:

You can copy the information to the field rep comments and it will bypass the issue.

With version 894 we have a new invoicing module that has a bunch of nice features and handles larger other records descriptions. You can also rearrange the billing items on the fly. Contact Doug at Tristar if you need to upgrade to the latest. There is a charge for that version of the invoice software.
