WinServe Mobile - Andriod Phone - Permission Issues

WinServe Mobile requires phone permissions in order to operate.  Follow the guide below to make sure your Android phone is configured properly.


Make sure that WinServe has permissions to access your location, camera and local storage (for images and other media files.) 


Step 1.

Before you Log in, press the gears icon in the upper left corner to access your app settings.



 


Step 2.


Select Permissions in the app INFO area


 

Step 3.


Verify that the app has the appropriate permissions.
