Steps

  1. Right‑click a job in **Dispatch** and select **Add Status**; pick from the list and click the double arrows to apply.

  2. Check **Create Diligence** to convert that status to a diligence record including server and address context.

  3. Check **Comment** to hide the status/diligence from client reports and the website.

  4. Use **Multiple Diligence** or **Mass Status** to apply the same entry to selected orders.

Confirm it worked

Statuses appear at the bottom of the dispatch screen and on the order; client‑hidden comments do not publish.

Troubleshooting

If a phrase is missing, add it under **Maintain ▸ Diligence Phrases** and ensure it’s enabled for the desired job type/app.
