Steps

  1. Open Email Settings; enter SMTP host/port/auth and click Test.

  2. Open Auto Email Templates; check Enable HTML and compose body with merge fields.

  3. Use Attach model PDF for templates designed to send models.

Confirm it worked

If 2FA is required, obtain app passwords from your provider; use global addresses for specific flows if configured.
