Congratulations on setting up the firm. That is a big step in filing with Tyler.

Tyler's security is really tight In order to setup other users you will need to following steps:

1. Create the user in Winserveplus contacts page (including their contact name, email address and password. Mark them so they have authority to log into the website:

The e-filing user must be checked.

Now go into the website and setup a new contact by logging in as the administrator and adding the same contact information.

We can't automatically do this step at this point.

Each user must click on the link provided by tyler to authenticate. 

Once they click their link, they should be able to log into your website with their user name and password. As they authenticate, make sure they use their tyler certified password.
