Inquiry: Completed Work, Unprocessed Orders, and Proof Search

Use Completed Work by case/city/ZIP; Unprocessed to update POD/proof/rate/edit; Proof Search to email servers, update milestones, or load to list view.

What you need

Steps

  1. Open **Search Completed Work** and search by case numbers, cities, or ZIP codes; load results to list view or dump to Excel.

  2. Open **Search Unprocessed Orders** to update **POD**, **Enter Proof of Service**, **Rate**, or **Edit** directly from the display.

  3. Open **Search Proof of Service** and select by **Milestone**, **Server**, **Status Due Date**, **Proof Date**, or **Branch**; from here you can **Email/Request Status**, **Update Milestone**, or load to the main list view.

Confirm it worked

Each inquiry returns actionable lists; operations from the display update orders as expected.

Troubleshooting

If filters return nothing, broaden the date range and verify the milestone/server selection.
