Steps

  1. Use **Load PDF Files** to select a batch of PDFs and publish to website (checkbox at bottom).

  2. Use **Load PDF by Barcode** to split batches by QR cover pages and auto‑dispatch flagged attachment types.

  3. Use **Load PDF by File Name** to attach based on workorder/file/case number prefixes; choose the **PDF Type** and **Customer**; optionally limit by **Date Entered**.

  4. Open **Import Orders from Excel**; select the spreadsheet, map columns to WinServe fields, and set **Job Type**, **Priority**, default **Server**, and status‑due logic.
