Import Web Orders (Process/Court) with Attachments

- Appropriate role/permissions (as required)
Steps
Open **Import Web Orders**; right‑click and **Refresh** to avoid selecting an already‑imported order.

Use **Open Attachments** to view/print customer documents (ensure required software for DOC/DOCX, etc.).

Click **Import Highlighted Order** and verify **Attorney**, **Contact**, **Customer**, and **Court**. Use **Update** to add missing courts.

Correct key fields (dates, phones, ZIPs) on the next screen and click **Finish** to create the order.

If you receive route jobs from the field, use **Scan/enter confirmation number** to import those quickly.

If court selection is missing, search by name or add the court; verify phone and ZIP formats for clean import.
