Quick Order Entry (Process, Court, Messenger)

Use Quick Order to capture essentials by job type; enable the **Dispatch** checkbox to send the job to a server when you close.

What you need

  • Appropriate role/permissions (as required)

Steps

  1. Open **Quick Order** and select the job type (Process/Court/Messenger) and priority.

  2. For **Process**, add documents (e.g., **POS‑010** lists) and check **Dispatch** to send upon closing the edit.

  3. For **Court** or **Messenger**, complete required fields and use **Dispatch** to send to the assigned server/driver when closing.

Confirm it worked

Closing the Quick Order with **Dispatch** checked sends a dispatch email with any marked attachments.

Troubleshooting

If dispatch emails are missing documents, ensure attachment properties include **Dispatch Attachment** and that a default attachment type is set.
