Create a Process Work Order: General & Parties
Summary: Enter customer, matter, priority, and party details before addresses and documents.
Quick answer
Select customer/attorneys quickly by code or use **Update** with wildcards; set priority and bill‑to as needed.

- Appropriate role/permissions (as required)
Steps
Open **New Work Order** (Process). For **Customer**, select from the list and type the customer number to auto‑fill; use **Update** and **%** wildcards if unsure.

Select **Bill To** if billing differs. Choose **Attorney** (multiple supported) and **Server** (optional; final status server flows to proof).

On **Statutory Service**, enter agent for service and relationship (for entity serves).

Confirm it worked
Customer, bill‑to, attorneys, and optional server appear on the header; statutory details are saved.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot locate a customer, right‑click **Edit** from search to verify; create a new record if missing.
