Batch Close and Generate Recurring Jobs

Steps
Close out one basis job fully (proof + invoice).

Set a unique **Milestone** on all jobs you want to batch close.

Open **Batch Close (Process or Court)**, enter the basis job number, choose the **Process** radio, and pick the shared milestone. Right‑click the list and **Proof and Invoice** to clone the first job’s data to the others.

Open **Generate Recurring Jobs** to create new orders from predefined templates for specific clients each day.

Selected jobs are closed with cloned proofs and invoices; recurring jobs are created as expected.
