Steps

  1. Close out one basis job fully (proof + invoice).

  2. Set a unique **Milestone** on all jobs you want to batch close.

  3. Open **Batch Close (Process or Court)**, enter the basis job number, choose the **Process** radio, and pick the shared milestone. Right‑click the list and **Proof and Invoice** to clone the first job’s data to the others.

  4. Open **Generate Recurring Jobs** to create new orders from predefined templates for specific clients each day.

Confirm it worked

Selected jobs are closed with cloned proofs and invoices; recurring jobs are created as expected.

Troubleshooting

Ensure all jobs share the target milestone before batch closing; verify billing tables for any cloned invoices that don’t total correctly.
