Create a Process Work Order: Addresses & Servers
Summary: Add home/business addresses, assign servers per address, and use mapping/history tools.

What you need

- Appropriate role/permissions (as required)
Steps
On **Address**, add **Home** or **Business** addresses. (Home greys out name/agent fields; Business includes **Agent for Service**).

Assign a **Server** per address if different servers will attempt different locations.

Use **Map** buttons to open a Google map of the address; print and attach if desired.

Use **Address Search** with wildcards to find prior addresses, phones, or servee names across all jobs.

Confirm it worked
Addresses list shows all locations and assigned servers; mapping opens the expected route.
Troubleshooting
If serving multiple parties/locations, use **Copy Work Order** to clone the case and update specifics.
