My statements won't send and there is no error message
If you are unable to send statements and are not receiving an error message, it may be that your email settings need to be adjusted.
To adjust your email settings, open Winserve or Wincopy and go to Maintain - Setup - Email Settings. We have another article on how to find the information for your email settings
here.If you have adjusted the email settings so that you received the "Email Sent!" message, but are still not able to send statements try changing to port number. Most email providers will have more than one port for use. For example Gmail has 25, 465, and 587.
