Map eFiling charges to Billing Items

Use the eFiling mapping panel to link each incoming fee type to a billing item; you may group multiple fee sources to one item.

What you need

  • Appropriate role/permissions (as required)

Steps

  1. Open **Maintain ▸ Billing Rate** and go to the **e‑filing charge mapping** area.

  2. For each court fee (e.g., **Filing Court Fee**, **Service Fee**, **Convenience Fee**), select the radio button and map it to a **Billing Item**.

  3. To group related fees on the invoice, map multiple radio buttons to the **same** billing item.

Confirm it worked

Imported eFiling jobs rate with mapped charges appearing under your selected billing item titles.

Troubleshooting

If fees don’t appear, verify the importer created the expected fee records and that each is mapped to an active billing item.
