Steps
Go to **Maintain ▸ Billing ▸ Billing Items**.

Click **New** to add a billing item (title only).

To revise wording, select the item and click **Edit**.

Confirm it worked
New items appear in billing rate setup and on rating dialogs.
Troubleshooting
If an item is missing during rating, confirm it exists here and that your rate table includes it.
