Menu Security: User Groups and Access Levels

What you need

Steps
Open **Menu Security** and create a **Security Group** for each functional role (e.g., Order Entry, Proof, Billing).

Assign **Windows domain usernames** to each group (security is based on domain login).

On each tab (covering all WinServe modules), **select** the features the group can access; unselected items are disabled.

Save and have users restart WinServe to apply permissions.

Confirm it worked
Users can access only the menus/features granted to their group.
Troubleshooting
If everyone shares one Windows username, group security will not work as intended; assign unique logins per user.
