Steps

  1. Click **HELP ▸ LOAD MODELS** after changing proofs/invoices/work orders.

  2. Click **HELP ▸ UPDATE PROGRAMS** to install new builds; ensure all Tristar apps are closed or reboot if files are in use.

  3. Open **Manuals/FAQ** and **What’s New** for documentation and version changes.

  4. Use **Submit a Ticket** for support; if installers fail, use the **download program updater** option from Help.
