Troubleshooting: Updates and Model Reloads

Close all Tristar programs (including tray apps) before **HELP ▸ UPDATE PROGRAMS**; use **HELP ▸ LOAD MODELS** after model changes; reboot if the updater reports files in use.

Steps

  1. Exit WinServe+ via **FILE ▸ EXIT** and close any Tristar icons in the system tray.

  2. Run **HELP ▸ UPDATE PROGRAMS**; if prompted, reboot and run again.

  3. After updating models, run **HELP ▸ LOAD MODELS** to refresh proofs/invoices/work orders.

Version reflects the latest build; models render the updated layout/content.
