Steps

  1. Open **Help** (or maintenance utilities) and run **Rebuild Open Order Index** if list views become inconsistent.

  2. Use **Set Attachment Path** to point WinServe+ to the correct attachment storage.

  3. Run **Dump Concurrent / ePouch List** when requested by support to diagnose sharing/transfer states.
