Steps

  1. In **Attorney** maintenance, create **email lists** and assign them to attorneys as needed; these can be added to auto email templates.

  2. On a **Work Order**, open the **Order Email List** dialog, select emails on the left and move them to the order list on the right (use Shift/Ctrl for multi‑select).

  3. Check the **do not show** box to hide order lists unless explicitly shown; switching customers reloads the list as configured.

  4. Use the order email list when sending **Status**, **POD**, **Proof**, or **Invoice** emails.

Confirm it worked

Emails send to the intended recipients via the order list and/or attorney list; lists persist with the order.

Troubleshooting

If lists don’t load, confirm customer change reloaded the list and that contacts are configured with auto‑email permissions.
