Update WinServe+ and Reload Models

What you need

  • WinServe+ access
  • Appropriate role/permissions (as required)

Steps

  1. To refresh document layouts (affidavits, proofs, invoices, work orders), click **HELP ▸ LOAD MODELS**.

  2. To update the application, click **HELP ▸ UPDATE PROGRAMS**. If an error occurs, close all Tristar programs from the system tray or reboot, then run the updater again.

  3. Exit WinServe+ using **FILE ▸ EXIT** rather than closing the window, to save state cleanly.

Confirm it worked

Models reload without errors and the program version reflects your latest update under **Help ▸ About**.

Troubleshooting

If updates fail, ensure all Tristar programs are closed (including tray apps), or reboot and retry the update. If models don’t appear, use **HELP ▸ LOAD MODELS** again.
