What is WinServe+? Overview & Workflows

Steps

  1. Review the three job styles WinServe+ supports: **Process**, **Court**, and **Messenger**, each with its own order entry and billing flow.

  2. Note that WinServe+ stores master data under **Maintain** (Customers, Courts, Documents, Servers, Rates), which is pulled into orders via codes.

  3. Understand lifecycle highlights: enter order → work in field (status & diligence) → finalize (proof/affidavit) → rate & invoice → A/R and commissions.

You can create a test order, add a status/diligence, produce a proof, and see rated charges ready for A/R.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot find master data during order entry, populate it under **Maintain** first. If affidavits do not reflect served/mailing details, revisit **Proof of Service** initialization and tabs to correct them.
