Patient Tab: Core Fields & Tips

What you need

  • WinCopy SQL v9.0.06+
  • Appropriate role/permissions (as required)

Steps

  1. Open Patient tab; fill name/aliases, patient ID, DOB/DOI as known.

  2. Use date pickers or type month/day/year; leave unchecked for blank.

  3. Set Party Type and Continuous Trauma if applicable.

Confirm it worked

Dates and identifiers save correctly; downstream documents show accurate fields.

Troubleshooting

If dates print unexpectedly, untick the date checkbox to leave it blank.
