Steps
Open **Customer Route** maintenance.

For each pickup, enter **Driver**, **Route/Time/Day of Week**, and any **Notes**; check **Call-in** to block time.

Print the **Court Route List** to see all scheduled pickups and comments.

Confirm it worked
Routes display on the list with correct times/days; notes print on the route report.
Troubleshooting
If entries don’t appear on the route list, verify the customer is linked and the route day/time is valid.
