Default Due Dates by Job Type and Priority

What you need

Steps

  1. Open **Maintain ▸ Default Due Dates**.

  2. For each **Job Type** and **Service Level** (Standard, Rush, Special, Today), add an entry with the desired due date offset.

  3. Save your changes so new orders inherit the right targets.

Confirm it worked

New orders display the expected due dates on the **Special Instructions** tab.

Troubleshooting

If a due date looks wrong, verify an entry exists for that job type/service level.
