Steps

  1. Open **PDF Type Titles** and add or edit document types used across orders.

  2. Click **Default** to set the default type (shown with an asterisk).

  3. Check **Dispatch Attachment** so any attachment of that type is included in dispatch emails automatically.

Confirm it worked

New attachments default to the chosen type; dispatch emails include all documents with the dispatch flag.

Troubleshooting

If attachments do not send, confirm the type’s dispatch flag and that the dispatch workflow is used (Dispatch checkbox / menu).
