Dispatch a Job to a Server (with auto-attachments)

Steps

  1. Right‑click the job in **Dispatch** and choose **Dispatch Address to Server** to send an email to the server assigned to that address.

  2. Use **Forward Job to Dispatcher** to assign a dispatcher for a branch (sends an email).

  3. Use **Forward Job to Branch** to move the job to the default dispatcher of another branch (sends an email).

  4. Mark documents in **PDF Type Titles** with **Dispatch Attachment** so they attach automatically to dispatch emails.

Confirm it worked

The server/dispatcher receives an email with the address and any documents marked for dispatch.

Troubleshooting

If the email is not received, verify the server’s email in **Maintain ▸ Server** and that documents are flagged as **Dispatch Attachment**.
