Suggest and Auto‑Assign Server using Coverage Areas

Summary: Use server coverage ZIP lists and rankings to suggest or automatically assign the best server.

Quick answer

Maintain server coverage areas by ZIP and rankings. In Dispatch, use **Suggest Server** to see candidates or **Auto Assign Server** to apply the top match. Vacation dates are honored.

What you need

  • WinServe+ access
  • Appropriate role/permissions (as required)

Steps

  1. In **Maintain ▸ Server Coverage Area**, add the server, define **ZIP codes**, typical charge, **Ranking**, and any notes.

Troubleshooting

If no suggestions appear, ensure coverage ZIPs exist for at least one server and that the address ZIP is valid.
