Server Profile: Types, Login, Messaging, Vacation, and Checkbook

Summary: Configure server type for proofs, set website/app credentials, send messages, record vacation dates, and (optionally) track checkbooks.

Quick answer

In Server maintenance, set the server Type (used on proofs), enter web/app credentials, send app messages, and set vacation start/end to affect dispatch suggestions.

What you need

  • WinServe+ access
  • Appropriate role/permissions (as required)

Confirm it worked

Proofs pick up the configured server type; dispatch excludes vacationing servers; messages deliver to the app.

Troubleshooting

If credentials fail, reset in Server maintenance and ensure the app is updated to sync logins.
