Steps

  1. Open **Import Attempts**; right‑click **Import** to load the selected attempt; review text (spell‑check) and images.

  2. Mark **Comment** if the note should be internal only.

  3. Open **Import Final Status**; right‑click **Import** and verify final data, then select **Declaration of Mailing** options as needed.

  4. Proceed to the standard **Proof of Service** screen for final review and printing.

Troubleshooting

If duplicates appear, delete the extra from the Android webservice table or remove the final status per the manual’s prompt.
