  1. Right‑click an order and select **Copy Work Order**.

  2. Choose the **target job type** and **priority** for the new order.

  3. Check **Use job number** to append a letter (e.g., 123423 → 123423A) or **Skip Trace** to create 123423S when the original is or should be marked skip trace.

  4. Check **Copy Diligence** (Process) to copy attempts from the original order.

Confirm it worked

A new work order is created with the chosen numbering and options; diligence appears when selected.

Troubleshooting

If branch sequencing is important, check **Copy Branch** so the new order uses the original branch numbering sequence.
