ePouch Job Sharing: Send/Receive with Affiliates

ePouch Job Sharing: Send/Receive with Affiliates

Summary: Share jobs electronically with affiliates; receive completion packages back to the originating company.

Quick answer

Use ePouch to transmit orders to affiliates; they enter diligence, proofs, and invoices; the package returns and becomes a vendor invoice in the origin system.

What you need

  • WinServe+ access
  • Appropriate role/permissions (as required)

Steps

  1. Configure ePouch and select the orders to transmit; include court code where applicable for smooth foreign mapping.

  3. Back at origin, import the **completion package** and **diligence**; verify pictures and proofs arrived; vendor invoice is created for your A/P as needed.

Confirm it worked

Returned packages update the origin order with diligence, proof, and the affiliate’s invoice; no rekeying is required.

Troubleshooting

If a court code is missing in the pouch, use the **Add Court** button on the receiving side to clone the court name/address and complete missing fields (e.g., county).
