Proof of Service: Complete Documents, Parties, Mailing, and Description tabs

Steps
On **Documents**, confirm the served documents (preloaded from the order) and add or edit if required.

If **Was Not Served** is the manner, select the appropriate reason (e.g., **Bad Address**, **Unable to Locate**, **Cancelled**).

On **Mailing**, verify the mail‑serve fields (from initialization) or click **Load Address** to pull the service address if you missed mail‑serve in initialize.

On **Physical Description**, enter or update descriptors (also editable from initialize in newer versions).

Use **Additional Mailing** to add recipients (e.g., spouse at same address) and the **Add with info** button (v9.0x) to pull in the service address.

Tabs save without losing values when switching; document, mailing, and description sections reflect your changes on the final proof output.
Troubleshooting
